DESCRIPTION: CPython is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by an integer overflow in the PyString_DecodeEscape function in stringobject.c. By sending a specially-crafted request, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.

On 03/06/19 (at the time of 19A Block Release prep) an error was found that required updating this bulletin ... CVE-2016-5636 is removed because it is actually fixed in 19A and not 18D, and also the affected products are only GryphonRS V1 and V2 (G8264 7.9 and G8264 7.11).
