Release 7.0.1.D091111 changes, fixes and enhancements:
PK99453: When checking out a file reserved in CCRC, the checkout fails silently with no error message if the file is already checked out reserved.
PK99459: Users do not receive an error message when trying to check out locked elements.
PK99456: A Check Out, Check In, or Undo Check Out operation in CCRC causes the ClearCase Navigator view to collapse.
