How do I send documentation to the z/OS Communications Server (TCP/IP, VTAM) or ISPF level 2 team?
Answer
Problem documentation to any level 2 support teams for z/OS components may be sent using the directions at the IBM Support page. Note that it requires use of an IBM Transfer ID.
NOTE, for Blue Diamond customers: Do not use the directions in this document to send data. Use the directions supplied in the Blue Diamond Portal.
