Collecting Data for Security Directory Server: CONFIGURATION issues

Troubleshooting

Problem

MustGather (Collecting Data) documents aid in problem determination and save time resolving Problem Management Records (PMRs). This document helps you collect data for IBM Security Directory Server (formerly IBM Tivoli Directory Server) problems related to configuring the LDAP server.

Resolving The Problem

MustGather Configuration information based on IBM Security Directory Server version:

For all versions of Directory Server the basic items we need to begin diagnosing any Configuration issues are as follows:

1. A clear problem description.
2. Is it a reproducible problem ?

Use the links below to find the Security Directory Server version-specific instructions.
