Question
After logging into Passport Advantage®, the activation key was not found for DB2® Connect Personal Edition. Where is the license and how can I find it?
Cause
The license files for DB2 V9.1 server products are available in a separate download called the "activation key". The DB2 Connect Personal Edition Version 9.1 licenses are not. They are shipped with the actual product.
Answer
The purchased license file for DB2 Connect Personal Edition Version 9.1
is delivered with the product when downloaded from Passport Advantage.
Download the db2conpe v9.1 product from PPA which will contain the two
license files:
- ../db2/license/ db2conpe.lic
../db2/license/ db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar
Here is a current list of individual DB2 Connect Personal Edition v9 products
and their part numbers that are available on Passport Advantage.

DB2 Connect Personal Edition V9.5 and V9.7
Please note that the DB2 Connect Personal Edition Version 9.5 and
DB2 Connect Personal Edition Version 9.7 do have an activation key files
which contain the license key. These activation keys are available for
download from Passport Advantage.

Use the "How do I download my DB2 license from Passport Advantage" to obtain the license files for DB2 Connect Personal Edition using the part numbers listed above.
