APAR status

Error description

• In the Personalization Picker portlet, if a Dynamic Property
  with the same name as the existing properties is added, the
  added one cannot be deleted.
  
  Steps:
  1. Login to WP.
  2. Select the "Edit Page Properties" menu.
  3. Select the [Personalization Rule Picker Menu] - [Create New
  Rule]
  4. Select the [add Condition] - [Portal Users] - [Manage
  Properties...]
  5. Click the "Add Dynamic Property" button and add a property
  with the following values.
  Enter a name for the dynamic property: ibm-hobby
  Select the type of the attribute: Text
  Enter a name to use in the rule editors: AAA
  6. Check the left-hand side check box, and select the added
  "Display Name: AAA/Name: ibm-hobby" property.
  The Display Name: ibm-hobby/Name: ibm-hobby property is also
  selected and the "Delete Property" button remains grayed out,
  the added ibm-hobby cannot be deleted.
