APAR status

Error description

• WebSphere Portal truncates names containing a single quote
  (e.g. O'User) rather than an apostrophe (e.g. O`User) because
  it uses the single quote as a delimiter on HTML forms.  It
  would process name='User O'User' correctly, but would
  consider name='User O'User' to be name='User O'.
  

Local fix

• Use apostrophe (`) rather than single quote (') if possible.
