Error description

• Web 2.0 themes do not work when using the virtual portal
  hostname:
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create New Virtual Portal, and input Virtual Portal hostname
     (ie. virtual1.ibm.com), and select "PortalWeb2" as Default
  theme.
  2. Access to the Virtual Portal via web using Virtual Portal
  hostname.
  3. User login to the Virtual Portal.
  4. "Home" Page (Label) is not displayed. (page not complete)

• Changes for class DefaultStateManagerService:
  
     - added method getVirtualPortalMappingService()
     - initialized vpMappingService in initContext
     - added vpMappingService parameter to method
  newServerContextFactory and adapted the calls to it
     - implemented method getVpMappingService() in class
  WPServerContextFactory
