Error description

• PZN picker tree view displaying incorrect items

  Action Taken/Reproduction Scenario:
  1. Select New campaign and create a new campaign.
  2. Select this campaign and choose new rule mapping.
  3. Now, click on select a content spot and create a new content
  spot and save this for the campaign.
  4. Now, click on the "no rule mapped" so that you can map a rule
  to this mapping.
  5. You see "Select a Rule for this mapping" on the page but....
  
  Expected Results: You should see rules listed.
  
  Actual Results: You see content spots listed.
  Note: If I choose 'view as list' I see my rules listed now.
  Also: It seems like the picker is 'remembering' what it showed
  last time. (if I choose a rule and then repeat step 3 above I
  see rules and not content spots).
