Error description
The property PrevPortalAdminId in the file WmmVmmDBMigration.properties could be overwritten during the portal-post-upgrade task. This causes the migration to fail because the incorrect user ID is attempted to be used during the security migration phase of the the Portal migration.
Local fix
The work around is to specify -DPrevPortalAdminId=<full DN prev portal admin id> on the command line when running portal-post-upgrade
