PK79630: Controller SPI problems

Error description

• Creating a wire on a derived page with the WireModelController
  results in an exception: NullPointerException in
  AbstractTreeModelController.internalGetParent
  - Creating wires on non-derived pages with the
  WireModelController seems to be successful as no error is
  displayed but the wires are not visible
  - Setting allowed portlets on derived pages is not successful
  - Using the LayoutModelController and the WireModelController
  for derived pages does not work correctly as some layout nodes
  cannot be found in the LayoutModelController
  Problem Solution (not just fixed the code):
  Fixed several problems within the Controller SPI that deal with
  derivation.
  
  Affected Area : Engine, Models, Controller SPI
  
  Testcase and required test code (portlets, xml files etc).:
  
  Releases to be built: wp610.base wp6101.base wp6102.base
