Error description

• With Portal Personalization (PZN), it is possible to define a
  rule to
  select content items from Web Content Management (WCM). We are
  having
  trouble with a particular rule where we want to use the built-in
  "is
  empty" criterium.
  
  We require a PZN rule that should be able to select content
  items, where
  a particular text element in these content items have an empty
  value. It
  is possible in PZN to define a rule like that. Unfortunately,
  the PZN
  rule never returns any result while it should do that.The
  following
  scenario can be used to easily reproduce the problem (on Portal
  6.0.1.3
  and Portal 6.0.1.4 this issue exists.
