PK77460: PROPERTY ADDED TO ALLOW ADDNODE TRACING FOR CLUSTER-NODE-CONFIG-PRE-FEDERATION

Error description

• A new property has been added for the ConfigEngine script
  'cluster-node-config-pre-federation' to allow for AddNode
  tracing to be easily enabled if the AddNode portion of the
  script fails.
  
  To enable AddNode tracing, apply this patch and execute the
  script as follows:
  
  ConfigEngine cluster-node-config-pre-federation
  -DAddNodeTrace=true
