PK76815: CONTENTLINK ERRORS WHEN SYNDICATING/CONTENTLINKS NOT SYNDICATED (RESET EVENTLOG PROBLEM)

Error description

• Resetting the event log database causes the following problems
  when syndicating draft content links:
  
  1) Draft content links are not syndicated with no related errors
  reported in the logs.
  
  2) Errors are reported in the subscriber logs indicating that
  draft content links could not be stored but the referring
  content links do not exist as drafts in the system:

Local fix

Problem summary

• The event log rebuild process was looking in the root workspace
  published content links and adding them as drafts to the event l
  database. This resulted in valid draft links were not being adde
  database and published links being added as drafts which could n
  found when syndciation occurred.
