Error description
Customer has a Binding rule that is recursively calling itself. For example Binding rule A references Binding Rule B, which in turn references A, thus a circular reference. This originally caused a StackOverFlowError. Code was added to trap the reprocessing of the referenced rule, but with further testing can see that no content was returned from the circular reference. This situation should be considered an error. Code will be added to log the error, identifying the rules involved so that the problem can be corrected.

Problem summary
After reviewing update made within PK76636 to handle StackOverFl exception when running a recursive rule, it was determined that should be produced when a recursive rule processing is encounter This update was to change the process when running a Binding Rul recursively to produce PersonalizationException.
