Error description

• The cache key ObjectIDScopedCacheKey - which is used wihtin the
  dyna cache - is not serializable. Thus replication between
  cluster nodes fails. The SystemOut.log shows the following
  messages:
  
  InvalidateByI E   DYNA0052E: The cached object can not be
  replicated or saved to disk.

Problem conclusion

• ObjectIDScopedCacheKey  was extended to be serializable, i.e.
  it extends java.io.Serializable now.
