Error description
Two sqlserver 2005 properties need to be removed from icm.properties in the event of a failed dbtransfer.
Local fix
Remove jcr.database.url and jcr.database.pool.driver from icm.properties prior to running dbtransfer again.
Problem summary
subsequent dbtransfer attempts after a failed transfer to sqlser fails because of left over properties in the icm.properties file
