• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a user's portal has the ability to change the current
  language and there is a warning/error message in the Login
  portlet.  When language is changed everything except the error
  message it changed to the new language.  The error remains in
  the lang that was selected when the error occurred.

Problem conclusion

• This fix was integrated into 6.0.1.6 and 6.1.0.2. It is
  available on request from development for 6.0.1.1, 6.0.1.3,
  6.0.1.4, 6.0.1.5,. 6.1.0.0 and 6.1.0.1
