PK73544: predefined role mapping not used for business component

Error description

• If a portlet (with a business component) is added to an
  application it is checked if the template contains a description
  for a predefined role mapping (template-binding.xml). If the
  business component (bc) of the portlet contains at least one
  role that is described in the xml than the role mapping from xml
  should be used.
  Currently only when all bc roles are described in the xml than
  the predefined role mapping is used.
  The consequence is that the role mapping in the 'Manage Roles'
  portlet does not display the expected mapping for the bc and its
  portlet

Problem summary
