Error description

• Remove some security checks when the system workspace is used to
  retrieve the categories of a content since it is already known
  that the security check will pass
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• For certain API methods which retrieve DocumentIDs, security
  checks are being performed even though the system workspace is
  being used which can lead to performance issues.
  
  Affected Users: All
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed the security checks if the system workspace is being
  used.
  
  A fix for this problem is available for WCM 6.0.1.3 from Fix
