PK71859: WHEN DATABASE-TRANSFER IS EXECUTED AFTER CLUSTER CREATION, ICM.PROPERTIES FILE WILL NEED TO BE COPIED TO SECONDARY NODES

Error description

• An Infocenter update is needed to address the following issue:
  
  Anytime the database-transfer task is executed in a clustered
  environment in Portal 6.1, the icm.properties file will need to
  be manually copied from the node on which the database-transfer
  task was executed to all secondary nodes to ensure the secondary
  nodes have the new JCR database values in the icm.properties
  file.
  
  The procedure is:
  
  1. Stop Portal on the secondary node.
  
  2. Copy the
  <wp_profile>/PortalServer/jcr/lib/com/ibm/icm/icm.properties
  file from the primary node and replace the icm.properties file
  on the secondary node with this file.
  
  3. Start Portal on the secondary node.
