  visible immediately for public users. After the public page
  reload interval is exceeded these new pages get loaded.

  visible immediately for public users. After the public page
  reload interval is exceeded these new pages get loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix registers an event listener and on every content
  model change this listener is called and the public model get
  invalidated.
