Problem summary

• ProperyBroker / eventing endpoints are not cloned when
  cloning a portlet with XML Access.We clone portlets that declare
  eventing endpoints in a WSDL file; these endpoints normally are
  reflected in the PORT_ACT table of the portal database, but when
  cloning a portlet via XML Access, this information is not
  cloned.
