keydown and keyup javascript methods in DND.js do not pass along the event to the previous key handler. They need to bemodified to do so.

Problem conclusion
The 5250 emulator portlet fails because the DND.js keydown and keyup functions do not pass along the event to the prevously registered handler. This fix is required to correct the condition.
