Error description

• After migrating Portal and WCM from 5.1x to 6.0.1.3
  Personalization rules that were created on version 5.1 can be
  viewed in the Personalization portlet but cannot be edited.
  The following exception is seen in SystemErr.log

Local fix

Problem summary

• A Personalization (PZN) rule was created in Portal 5.1.x that
  contained an application-specific attribute in the Limit
  clause. After migration to 6.0, PZN did not recognize the
  attribute and threw IllegalArgumentException. This caused the
  rule to fail to display in the rules editor.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR changes the rule handling method
  so that rules with application-specific attributes are
  correctly processed
