Error description

• As a follow up for Apar PK65674 it is useful to add debug
  capability to trace the size of template data objects prior to
  store them to the database.
  This trace information is only written when the following traces
  string is added:
   com.ibm.wkplc.tai.instantiation.service.pojo.cdoext.CdoHelper=a
  l
  
  The following trace statement will be seen in the trace file
  when tracing is enabled as specified above :
   "The size of the templateData String is  nn MB"
