Error description

• When dynamic portlets are dynamically added (i.e. in addition to
  the portlets that have been part of the base page) to dynamic
  pages the wrong (or even no) skin is assigned.
  This fix ensure that for dynamic portlets the default skin of
  the corresponding dynamic page is assigned.

Problem conclusion

• Changed the way in which the right (default) skin for the
  current page is determined.
  Approach is now as follows:
  
     1. Determine the skin by determining the skin assigned to the
  root composition node of the current page
     2. If (1) does not return a skin, determine the theme and
  associated skin of the current page
     3. If (2) does not return a skin, traverse the content model
  upwards (inheritance) and determine themes and associated skins
  of all parent pages of the current page
     4. If (3) does not return a skin, determine the Portal
  Default Skin
