Error description

• For defect 200189f_1
  Action Taken/Reproduction Scenario:
  1, Make sure there are some web contents in the WCM library that
  can be queried by a wcm select action rule;
  2, Import the migrated pzn nodes "CMv1 WCM.nodes" into pzn
  workspace.   (That .nodes file was migrated from wp51 to wp61);
  3, Choose rule "Get WCM Content by Title" under folder "CMv1
  WCM", open it for edit;
  4, Change the condition of the rule to "whose title is not Pzn
  Test Content" to return some contents in the pzn editor;
  4, click preview. (Now the rule should be :"Select WCMRC whose
  title is not Pzn Test Content")
  Expected Results:  It should return only the user created web
  contents from the wcm library.
  Actual Results:  Something like "ibmcontentwcm:prototype",
  "ibmcontentwcm:unresolvedReferences" was returned.

Problem summary

• Migrated rules were showing content that was invalid after bring
  forward, showing something like "ibmcontentwcm:prototype",
  "ibmcontentwcm:unresolvedReferences" was returned.
