Preview of Non-English character is not correct.  This is
because DCS is not using UTF-8 by default.

Local fix

  • Open file <Portalhome>/shared/app/export.cfg  on the server
Find the text "SCCOPT_EX_OUTPUTCHARACTERSET"
Comment the line  charset        iso8859-1
and Uncomment  charset        utf8
..
This should result in DCS using utf8 for the output character
set
