PK51512: RESTORE LIBRARY MUST SELECT DEFAULT VALUES FOR REPLACEMENT OF REFERENCES TO ITEMS THAT NO LONGER EXIST

Error description

• Users who have created separate libraries for design and content
  may encounter issues when attempting to use either
    Restore all by Date
    Restore all by Label
  If they do not have at least one of the following items in the
  library:
    category
    site/site area
    workflow stage
    workflow
    authoring template
  The Manage Web Content Libraries in the administration area of
  the portal requires users/administrators to select default
  values for replacement of references to items that no longer
  exist.
  ..
  Steps:
  1)Login as administrator
  2)Access the administrative area of the portal
  3)Select either restore all by label or restore all by date for
    a library that does not have any categories.
  4)Set the appropriate default values for replacement of referenc
    items that no longer exist.
      (nothing will be specified for 'Select category parent'
       because no category ever existed)
  5)select 'ok'
  6)An error is logged stating:
    "Select default values for replacement of references to items
     longer exist."
  7)click on the button for 'Select category parent' nothing can
    be selected because no categories exist.

  This defect was discovered on 6.0.1.1 but appears to affect
  earlier v6x versions of WCM.

Local fix

• Create a dummy item such as a catagory for the example stated
  above so you have something to select as a category parent.
  The perform the restore.
