Error description

• This is an issue with the CMAPI component.
  
  In a clustered Portal 6011 environment, a Document Library that
  is created on one node, cannot be edited on another node.
  Example, create 'DocLibTest' on primary node - trying to Edit
  'DocLibTest' on secondary node gives an error.

  Problem Description:
  This occurs on Portal Build wp6011_072.
  
  In a clustered Portal 6011 environment, a Document Library that
  is created on one node, cannot be edited on another node.
  Example, create 'DocLibTest' on primary node - trying to Edit
  'DocLibTest' on secondary node gives an error.
  
  
  Procedure:
  - Create a Portal 60 cluster
  - Upgrade the cluster to 6011
  - Go directly to Primary node Portal login
   - Navigate to Administration -> Document Libraries
   - Create 'DocLibTest'
   - Click on Edit button for 'DocLibTest' and then just click
  cancel
  - Go directly to Secondary node Portal login
   - Navigate to Administration -> Document Libraries
   - Click on Edit button for 'DocLibTest'  - error occurs
   - This error occurs:  "An error has occurred. Contact your
  system administrator."
   - There is no output to SystemErr.log and nothing to
  SystemOut.log
  
  
  Expected Results:
  In the Portal 60 cluster - this functionality worked fine.
  Something has been introduced into 6011 that causes this error.
  The 'DocLibTest' Library should be able to be edited from any
  node in the cluster.
