Problem Description: . kkaagent will not start after installation and running of wagtinit binary to create tec_t_disp_ctl table in the tec database. The kum libraries in LD_LIBRARY_PATH (ka.ini points to) seem to be incorrect or somehow back-leveled by the recent installations. Problem conclusion
A new ITM for TEC agent version 3.9.1 was packaged to correct this problem. This agent is a complete replacement of the previous ITM for TEC Agent version 3.9.1. The new ITM for TEC Agent version 3.9.1 is available in the Bill of Materials for TEC on Passport Advantage.
