  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enable Fast Log Apply (FLA) for single  *
  *                      object GRECP recovery.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Currently, for the efficiency of FLA function during GRECP/LPL
  recovery of a single object, FLA function is disable. Unlike LPL
  recovery, GRECP recovery generally involves many pages.
  Therefore, GRECP recovery of a single object could benefit from
  list prefetch logic used during FLA function. So to improve the
  GRECP recovery performance, whenever the FLA storage is
  available, Data Manager (DM) log apply will always use FLA.
  Also, disable the serviceability trap code added in V9 to detect
  any internal abend during FLA function.
