    User ran MERGECOPY utility using as one of its inputs an
  incremental copy which did not include changed pages covered
  by the first space map page (or the first space map page
  itself), but did include later space map pages and associated
  changed data pages.  The target table space also had system
  pages (had certain versioning activity and/or was compressed).
    The resulting copy data set had pages out of expected
  sequence which could lead to various problems during or
  after RECOVER utility is run using that data set.
  

Problem conclusion

• Mergecopy utility was changed to ensure the resulting
  output data set contains pages in expected sequence for
  use by RECOVER.
