Problem conclusion
Code was updated to synchronize the call to GetMethodId. APAR PM92361 is currently targeted for inclusion in WebSphere Application Server Fix Packs 7.0.0.31, 8.0.0.8, and 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server.
