APAR PM38576 fixes the following defects for the Feature Pack
for XML Version 1.0.0 Fix Pack V1.0.0.9:

    APAR Description
    ------- --------------------------------------------------------
PM20259 Add Romanian language support for Feature Pack for XML.
PM21518 Serialization of XML input that contained special
characters inside the namespace value does not get
            properly escaped.
PM21520 The code for converting a range of bytes from UTF8 to
UTF16 for a non-UTF8 result was incorrect in the XCI
            serializer.
PM23443 When using WebSphere Process Server 7.0.0.3, the server
may hang during serialization or XSLT processing.
PM23976 Incorrect default namespace for elements that changed
their QNames and conflict with an explicit default
            declaration.
PM23984 An ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException is being thrown
            during serialization.
PM24043 Customers may experience poor performance when invalid
            or unexpected data is encountered.
PM24361 Server hang caused by data model cycle after copy.
PM24482 Intermittent exception thrown after data model is
            copied
PM24730 XML schema loading performance improvement.
PM24840 Delivers various defect fixes in support of enabling
lazy parsing mode for WebSphere Enterprise Service.
PM26729 Incorrect FFDC thrown during normal internal operations.
PM27392 Installation Manager only - Unable to import version
spanning interim fixes for version 7.0.0.11 and up into
            installation manager.
PM27394 Installation Manager only: Adopt IBM Installation
            Manager 1.4.2.
PM29073 Unicode data truncated in SDO DataObject.
PM30237 Failed to do "Update all" operation on multiple
installed Feature Packs using Installation Mananger.
PM31260 Base output URI option not implemented for command line
            tool.
PM31261 Cdata-section-elements QNames not resolved properly.
PM31262 Missing undefined context check for function argument.
PM31722 When using Installation Manager to uninstall a
cumulative interim fix (supersedes another ifix), the
            dependency checker bundle blocks it.
PM32166 The result of the fn:min or fn:max function in XSLT,
XQuery should be the least common type reachable.
PM32180 Grouping separators are missing from leading digits in
result of the XSLT format-number function if the
            grouping size is one.
PM32251 The EXSLT format-date function ignores the time zone in
a time or dateTime value that also has a fractional
            number of seconds.
PM32300 Improve XQuery error message for undefined prefix.
PM32381 The EXSLT date:year and date:leap-year functions ignore
invalid trailing characters in a date value.
PM32483 Missing error for circular references in xsl:key.
PM32656 If the result for XSLT, XQuery or XPath is a StAXResult,
default namespace declarations are reported as
            attributes.
PM32675 A recursive function reference in XSLT or XQuery may
result in an error that the function is not of the
            expected type.
PM32796 Type annotations for 'as' attribute are too restrictive.
PM32857 The use of xsl:number in a stylesheet could cause an
invalid error message to be produced when the compiler
            is used.
PM32859 Attribute tests in an XQuery direct attribute
constructor may fail to match because the default
            namespace is incorrectly used.
PM32861 ClassCastException when a java extension function has a
            return type of org.w3c.dom.NodeList.
PM33860 Round() reports digits < 0 for argument between 0 and
0.1, and returns incorrect result for argument between
            0.1 and 1.0.
PM34225 If an XSLT stylesheet has a DTD, the XML parser reports
that elements in the stylesheet must be declared.
PM34528 The processor may fail to match some regular expressions
            in xsl:analyze-string, fn:replace and fn:tokenize.
PM34532 QNames for named decimal-formats resolved incorrectly.
PM34874 In some cases, instead of giving an error for a variable
with a circular reference, the processor throws a
            StackOverflowError.
PM34951 Running an XQuery that was precompiled in a separate JVM
            may lead to an ExceptionIninitialiazerError.
PM35520 If attribute value is a sequence of length greater than
one in XSLT in compatibility mode or in XQuery, error
            XPTY0004 results.
PM36220 Incorrect results or exception thrown evaluating an
expression through a debugger that contains certain
            function calls.
PM36429 A slow memory leak, which could lead to an out of memory
exception, when applications are repeatedly stopped and
            started.
PM36721 NullPointerException when loading XML documents.
PM37617 Ensure correct order of fix pack installation and
            interim fix uninstallation.
PM38530 Namespace nodes for temporary trees may be repeated when
            processing with an xsl:for-each.
PM38726 Data is lost after setting in-memory constructed node
            into a streamed node.
PM39215 Loss of custom data added into a copied list.
PM39306 Failure to resolve components when loading schema
            documents.
