    APAR PM37680 fixes the following defects in WebSphere
    Application Server V7.0 for z/OS:

            generation.
    PM22200 Improve logging in StartServer.log in the case where OS
            imposes max filesize limit preventing allocation of
            native_stdout.log.

    PM22862 Filetransfer servlet does not handle
            "java.io.IOException: SRVE0080E: Invalid content length"
            condition well.

    PM24601 A HeuristicMixedException thrown when a one-phase
            resource fails does not contain the rootcause of the
            failure.
