Error description

• Java_com_ibm_ws_management_util_PlatformHelperImpl_getCPUTimesN
  got 0C4 because of BBO3BTCB offset 0x104 PBTOKEN offset +4 was
  zeros.

  Module bbgowqcp.plx is driven to retrieve enclave CPU time.  It
  was invoked from the JNI routine getCPUTimesN from the
  PlatformHelperImpl class (bbguph.cpp).
  This module attempted to use the BTCB pointer btcb_srtr_ptr for
  its dynamic area.  This is not the purpose of the field.  In
  the failing environment the value of btcb_srtr_ptr was zero
  which lead to the ABENDS0C4 at hexadecimal offset 82 in
  bbgowqcp.plx.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code within module bbgowqcp.plx has been modified to use a
  thread-level field appropriate for use as a dynamic area.
  
  APAR PM31163 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.39 of WebSphere Application Server V6.1.
