  APAR PM27623 fixes the following defects in WebSphere

          than an unexpected error and/or FFDC can be seen on the
          HTTP channel.
  PM19569 NullPointerException from SSLConfigManager.
  PM19573 Fatal error occurs during JAX-RPC application deployment
  PM19599 SIP proxy: Proxy fails to reuse TCP connection to remote
          SIP server.
  PM19665 Limit the number of search results fetched from
          repository.
  PM19690 SSL initialization failure when trust store password is
          incorrect.
  PM19866 A WSWS3250E error may occur when a JAX-RPC application
          tries to deserialize a message with an Axis-style
          attachment.
  PM19940 OutOfMemoryError occurs while invoking a JAX-RPC web
