Local fix
Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server V7.0 on the z/OS platform that * * utilize Message Driven Beans using an * * Activation Specification. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The transaction class defined in a * * SIBClassification or * * WMQRAClassification element of wlm * * classification file is ignored. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** A duplicate definition of a pointer field caused the classification process to bypass the load of the transaction class name defined in SIBClassification and WMQRAClassification elements of wlm classification file for Message Driven Beans that use an Activation Specification. This results in Messaage Driven Bean requests not being executed under the user-defined transaction class.
Problem conclusion
The duplicate pointer field has been removed. The transaction class name defined in the SIBClassification and WMQRAClassification will now be loaded correctly by the runtime classification process. APAR PM15904 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.13 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
