Error description

• Message "Exceeded allocated glue work area - NNNNN - BBGQCAST"
  in CR region log.  This message does not indicate a problem but
  is the result of a COUT incorrectly remaining in the code.
   The message is issued to the CR region.

Problem conclusion

• Removed the extraneous print of the message to the log.
  
  APAR PK12145 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.33 of WebSphere Application Server V6.1.
