PM12081: LIBNATIVEFILE.SO AND LIBNATIVEFILE64.SO NEED CORRECTED APF BIT V ALUE SET

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempted to upgrade WebSphere 6.1 service level, and
  libNativeFile.so and libNativeFile64.so are part of the upgraded
  functions, the APF bit value is not correct.

  libNativeFile.so and libNativeFile64.so do not set the APF

Problem conclusion

• The MCS statement has been changed correctly set the APF
  authorization for libNativeFile.so and libNativeFile64.so.
  
  APAR PM12081 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.31 of WebSphere Application Server V6.1.
