  While starting the server we see some TUNE0409E messages in
  the logs which say that node.xml is not found by the
  runtime.This file is needed by the Advisor code while starting
  the Runtime Performace Advisor(RPA) framework.
  

Problem conclusion

• These messages are seen when context root is changed to point
  to something other than the config path.Code has been changed
  in such a way that this will fix the context root before
  starting the RPA.
  
  APAR PM08171 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.9 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
