• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ClassNotFound Exception while loading MBean proxy. The
  exception resolves itself as subsequent calls to the proxy are
  successful. Functionally this does not affect anything. The only
  issue is the existence of the ClassNotFoundException:
  com.ibm.ws390.management.proxy.EndpointMBeanProxy

Problem conclusion

• The code is modified such that, if the collaborator class is
  not found in com.ibm.ws.runtime_6.1.0.jar, the class is loaded
  from the lib directory or from another bundle in the plugins
  directory.
  
  APAR PK02880 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.8 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0.
