  When the AppServer process is stopped on z/OS, the status cache
  timed thread may attempt to perform work after shutdown.  The
  following may be seen in the z/OS console.
  BPXP018I THREAD 18DD64D00000007C, IN PROCESS 33751104, ENDED
  WITHOUT BEING UNDUBBED WITH COMPLETION CODE 04DC3000, AND REASON
  CODE 000C000B.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is modified such that, when the AppServer process is
  stopped, work on the status cache timed thread is not attempted.
  
  APAR PM00708 is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Service Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.31 of WebSphere Application
  Server V6.1.
