Error description

• Users of WebSphere Application Server for zOS V7.0
  cannot connect to a subsystem in the AdminAgent with wsadmin
  command using connType RMI or JSR160RMI when the subsystem
  has a user registry that is different from the AdminAgent's
  user registry. One of the following messages is issued:
  
  WASX7023E: Error creating "RMI" connection to host
  "localhost"; exception information: java.rmi.AccessException:
  CORBA NO_PERMISSION
  
  WASX7023E: Error creating "JSR160RMI" connection to host
  "localhost"; exception information: java.rmi.AccessException:
  CORBA NO_PERMISSION

Problem conclusion

• Websphere code was changed to generate IORs for the subsystems
  with the correct information.
  
  APAR PK80425 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.4 of WebSphere Application Server.
