Error description

• We have in one case for instance:
  AppDeploymentException: .ADMA0092E: An unexpected exception
  occurred while preparing task MapModulesToServers.
  Check the server machine First Failure Data Capture tool
  (FFDC) for more information...
  This suggests the FFDC information will be there, but nothing
  regarding this exception has been written to FFDC.

  message ADMA0092E (or ADMA0093E) being issued.  These messages

• Write exception to FFDC.
