• The following warning message shows up in SYSPRINT of the WAS
  6.1
  DeploymentManager & AppServer CRs:
  WARNING
    ExtendedMessage: BBOO0221W: ObjectPoolService is unavailable.
  SRTConnectionContext pooling disabled
  .
  Message misleading since ObjectPoolService is not started in the
  control region

  The WebContainer attempts to create a SRTConnectionContext
  pool using the ObjectPoolService when running in the CR. As
  the ObjectPoolService is not available in the CR a warning
  message is output.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the WebContainer to not use the ObjectPoolService for
  SRTConnnectionContext pooling when running in the CR. The
  WebContainer code running in the CR does not receive any
  requests, so this pool is not needed.
  
  APAR PK75896 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.1 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0
  for z/OS.
