    CHFW0816E : Inbound channel XX does not have a discrimination
    weight. Explanation: The discrimination weight is the priority
    in which a channel will be called in order for it to determine
    if it is the intended target for data that was received when
    port sharing is in use. The lower the number, the higher the
    priority. Any non-negative number is valid, and typically
    values between 0-100 are used.
