• WebSphere Application Server EJB3 Feature Pack post installer
  fails for the 6.1.0.17 level if customer migrates from
  6.1.0.15 or below to 6.1.0.19 or 6.1.0.21.
  Migrating from 6.1.0.15 or below directly to 6.1.0.23 or higher
  is ok.

• Since the files are in the install hfs, but not linked into

  6.1.0.25.
